The Shasta College Faculty Association is dedicated to providing the highest quality educational experience possible to our students and community by protecting and advancing the interests of our full- and part-time faculty. We resolve to support, advance, and defend our rights through the Academic Contract to the administration and Board of Trustees regarding wages, benefits, and working conditions. We will also strive to communicate effectively, to encourage cooperation, and to support collegiality among faculty, the district, and our community while promoting professional attitudes and ethical conduct.
